Dr Rampat explained everything to me & kept me calm throughout both procedures by talking me through it. Obviously I would not want to repeat this experience but I would advise anyone that they are in expert hands with Dr Rampart.

Caring and considerate. I found the procedure pretty unpleasant so it was good to be able to talk to the doctor throughout. Could have done with more calm me down medication as it was stressful.
